Come relax near beautiful Lake Webster

Our place is close to Webster Lake beach & boat ramps w/boat rentals. Whether you are looking for a relaxing getaway or to gather with friends & family you’ll love our place because of the location. We are centrally located between South Bend (Notre Dame) and Fort Wayne (Tincaps stadium/ Coliseum), close to many small towns w/ lakes, great eateries, & antique shops. With so much to offer you can find something to do for everyone or stay in & relax in our relaxed environment. The space Centrally located near the town of North Webster, also known as "Heart of the Lakes." Local residents and visitors enjoy activities on Webster Lake, the Barbee Chain of Lakes and Lake Tippecanoe. Our location is perfectly located near 2 public boat docks for fisherman: in town off Dixie Drive or on the East side of Webster Lake @ Socks Marina. We have a great local coffee house "The River". They serve great coffee and bakery eats, ride our local "Dixie Sternwheel", local restaurants, or shop at our antique stores and boutique shops. Hang out in your own private space for relaxation or get out and see our local culture. There are two private bedrooms in our Loft, a living room, eat-in kitchen, spacious entry, and one full bath. The first bedroom hosts two twin beds. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a spacious sectional sofa and a television in the living room, barn wood flooring throughout the bedrooms and living room. You'll find the spacious kitchen to be perfect for those who love to cook but if that's not for you we recommend our local breakfast hot spots - just minutes away. We are also a short driving distance from Warsaw, Pierceton, Syracuse or historical Shipshewana. If you prefer to relax and enjoy nature, we are located near Golden Eye Pond, Pigsah Marsh, Oppenheim Woods and Winona for hiking trails. We also offer access to kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards. You can rent our kayaks or paddleboards for $25/unit/day. We also offer a pontoon boat rental for $300/ day. (Please notify the host prior to your arrival if you plan to rent these to coordinate our schedules and availability. ) Motorized boats can be rented at our local marinas. Please don't hesitate to ask any questions during your stay. We want to assist you as little or as much as you want to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Guest access We have space for parking if you want to travel with your boat or wave runner. Guests are asked to park along the chain link fence, single car deep to allow our entrance in and out of our garage. The guest house is located above the garage shown in the pictures. You enter the guest space through the entrance on the left of the garage. Once you are inside the garage there is a man door that you go through to access the guesthouse. The guesthouse has it's own locking entry door and all spaces inside the guesthouse are private for guests to use during their stay.
