Enjoy panoramic views from the penthouse studio

Guest studio (within the apartment) for 1 or max. 2 people (the bed is only 1.20 wide!) with private bath room, balcony and fully equipped mini kitchen. Location: centrally in a small village (supermarket, drug store and restaurants on 3 minutes walking distance) but at the same time surrounded by beautiful mountains. ***SPECIAL SUMMER OFFER: BREGENZERWALD GUEST CARD INCLUDED IN STAYS FROM 3 NIGHTS ONWARDS!!*** The space Guests share the entrance with me and sometimes other guests/visitors, but otherwise have their privacy: bright bedroom with a floor-to-ceiling panorama window, a kitchenette, shower/wc and terrace. In the mini kitchen you will find: small stove, plates, spices, coffee, tea facilities etc. There is a small fridge, so you can buy and store your own food (no breakfast included). On request I provide soda water. The tap water quality here is excellent! Micro wave also available. Towels, bed sheets, shampoo, soap etc. included. Please note: the room is small, and there is no sofa. Bed size is 120x 200 cm. If required, I can put a folding mattress on the floor. Guest access With the sliding door closed, guests have their privacy. Only the entrance area of the apartment is shared with me resp. other guests. In this area, there is a Senseo coffee machine and a microwave oven for all. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs, and a sun umbrella. Elevator available (directly into apartment) Other things to note Welcome! Come explore our beautiful UNESCO world heritage area! The BREGENZERWALD GUEST CARD is INCLUDED IN STAYS FROM 3 NIGHTS ONWARDS! (valid from 1 May until 31 October) With this card, cable cars, public busses and outdoor swimming pools in the Bregenzerwald and Grosses Walsertal region can be used FOR FREE! Tourist tax (1,70 Euro per person per night) is already included in the price.
