Cozy & comfortable twin room in Kyoto. Located at “Guesthouse Bokuyado”, a 100-year-old traditional Japanese wooden townhouse near Kyoto Station. There is no bathroom inside your room and owner also lives on the 1F. Please stay at least 2 nights or more. Only 1 night reservation will be cancel. It is only 15-minute walk away from Kyoto station, near to supermarket and convenience store, and the price is cheap and nice. The sound proof is poor since the house is an old wooden house, please consider again if you care for noises. Guest access Public Space § There’s 1 shower room & 1 bathroom on 1F (both with changing room) and 2 washbasins. § Provides shampoo & shower gel, and hair dryers are free to use. § There’s 1 women’s toilet and 1 unisex toilet. § Basic kitchen and bar counter with tea bags, microwave, sink, and electric water boiler etc. Please share the space with other guests. § Public living room with Japanese garden, bookshelves, Japanese Kotatsu table. § Free Wi-Fi for all areas. § Electric iron available for use. 《Charged items》 § Washing machine and laundry drying yard available for 200 yen/ 1 time, with free detergent & fabric softener. § Bath tub available for 300 yen/1 time (for guest who want to soak in bath), need to reserve. § Towels available for 100 yen/1pc, disposable toothbrush 50 yen each. (To protect the environment, we strongly recommend that you bring your own travel toiletries.) Kyoto city accommodation tax (200 yen per person per night) is not included in your room rate and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
