Semi Detached Suite - Close to City

Your own very private area includes a beautiful Bedroom, Lounge with microwave, fridge and kettle and Bathroom all overlook the pool. This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared. The space Your own fully private BedRoom/Lounge/Bathroom, completely separate from the family living area: Downstairs from the main part of the house is a large bedroom, bathroom and a lounge. You have your own entrance through a side gate and back door. Your bedroom has a beautiful queen size bed with bedside table and lamp, dressing table, wardrobe with 2 bathrobes a mirror and air cond. The bedroom overlooks the pool. Your bathroom is huge and has a toilet, shower & huge bath with vanity, hairdryer and heated towel rail with lots of towels. Your sitting area has a very comfy lounge with a TV. This room has split system air con to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. You have your own bar fridge with kettle and tea and coffee making facilities and microwave & air fryer. There is WiFi internet access and iron & ironing board in bedroom. Washing machine/dryer are available. There is also a BBQ near the pool. All linen and towels are provided. Breakfast - Fruit & cereal are provided and can be enjoyed in your private lounge or in your outdoor undercover area overlooking the pool. Check-in: Generally check in times will be 14.00 while check out time is 10.00am. If we don't have other clients coming or going on that day, we can be more flexible. Let me know your arrival time so we can best suit you. The House: The house sits in a quiet leafy street and is very close to the city. This area is safe and friendly and there are parks nearby. The main part of the house is on street level and was built in 40's. The house upstairs is where Steve & I live and this has views of the city.. The new addition to this house is downstairs and has a bedroom, bathroom and lounge. This is where our guests stay. Public transport is a few hundred metres from the front door for easy access to the CBD and other suburbs. Parking is at the front of the house on the grass verge. The Owners: We are a middle aged couple with a 24 year old son. We have traveled quite a lot and love meeting people from all over the world. Annette works a couple of days a week and Steve is an accountant who works full time. We also have a dog a cavoodle named Buddy. Nearby: Fantastic restaurants, bars and theatres are close by in the Mt Hawthorn, Leederville and Mount Lawley. Just a 10 min walk from here is Angove st which is full of cafes and places to eat and also where the Coles supermarket is. There is also Northbridge which is a little further away at only 2.5 km. Perth beaches are only 10km away. The centre of the city is only 3.4kms away. There at least 4 restaurants and a bottle shop that are just around the corner and you can walk to. We hope you choose our B&B and have a lovely stay! Guest access You have your own access down the side of the house. Other things to note Please note North Perth is a 10 minute drive away from the CBD and 10 mins in total on the bus. The bus stop is at the end of our road with buses to the city every 10 minutes in peak hours and the bus time into the city is only 7 minutes.
