In my spacious and quiet apartment, a 15m2 bedroom awaits you in the south of PARIS, (metro line 7, tram, bus) so well served Located in a shopping area, lively but quiet. I welcome 1 person, ladies: my preference And staggered schedules (returning too late, late meals) refrain! Guests on internships, training, have MY PREFERENCE because they are close to my pace. So tourists are exceptional!! Please read the rules. No welcome after 10 p.m. on the check-in day! The space The accommodation is spacious and decorated... to my taste which may be yours! Located in a quiet building with caretaker, you are safe in a very commercial area. The 15 m2 room is spacious with storage furniture and an office area. To have an almost identical pace of life with travelers, I appreciate having interns, people in training or on the move. These stays can be 1 week, long stay to study. But visitors to Paris are also welcome as long as they follow the guidelines (no returns after midnight) Guest access You will have access to the bathroom and shared toilet. In the kitchen, you will have access to the microwave, fridge. Dishes are available for your use. No meals in the room. Linens and towels provided. For stays longer than 1 week, the washing machine and dryer can be used once but for a fee (€5). Nespresso coffee machine with capsules from this brand only. Fiber Wi-Fi. During your stay Knowing Paris, I could give you information, advice, addresses. And if you wish, we can plan your sightseeing days together. I speak a little English but I read English correctly. I will be there for you during your stay. I'm here to help with any information. Other things to note I am committed to long stays after study because I am absent and have family visits. I want mutual respect for each other's habits, especially in the area of noise and cleanliness. The building is quiet, so no noise and showers after 11 p.m., respect quiet hours between 11 p.m. and 8 a.m. Your reservation must reach me at least 48 hours before your arrival.
