Looking for a supersize apartment fit for a large family in Athens? Acropolis View Alpha+ might be your perfect penthouse. With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and an open-concept, soccer field-sized (almost) living area, up to 13 people will find plenty of room here - a spacious landscaped terrace in a great, family friendly, safe central Athens neighborhood. All with a lovely view of the Acropolis and Mount Lykavittos. The space BEDROOMS FOR EVERYONE This duplex penthouse has an oversized, open floor plan kitchen, dining and living area. Two mainfloor bedrooms and two second level bedrooms: Bedroom 1 - Sleeps 3 - Queen bed, 1 twin bed and an en suite full bathroom Bedroom 2 - Sleeps 5 - Queen bed, 3 twin beds On the second level, accessed either by an internal spiral staircase (or for those who like wider stairs, just outside the apartment's front door is a second staircase) Bedroom 3 - Sleeps 2 adults plus 1 child - Queen + bed child's rollaway - this room connects to Bedroom 4 - Sleeps 3 - Queen bed and twin bed The second level bedrooms have direct access to our landscaped private terrace. **You must be able to climb stairs to access the upper level and terrace** This is an awesome property, with a breathtaking terrace view of the Acropolis, Lykavittos & the city. It is a European home, with a spiral staircase between floors, plus a larger marble staircase for bringing up luggage if you're on the penthouse's 2nd floor. Also note that bedrooms 3 & 4 each have their own private bathroom however there is a sliding door between the two rooms & access to the outer room requires crossing through the inner room. Guest access Early check-in (from 1 pm) and late check-out (until noon) is subject to availability (or luggage storage if not possible due to adjacent booking) and only available for guests using our transfer service. If you are arriving in the morning & want guaranteed check in or departing in the evening and want guaranteed late check out either book the night before or after or ask for our special offer for extra early or late arrival or departure. If you have an evening flight you will need to book a day rate - this allows you to stay until the late afternoon or early evening. Our guests have exclusive use of the terrace and outdoor dining and living areas. (We may or may not be on the property, we do maintain our office/studio on site, so you might see us there if we're in town.) Other things to note When booking our property you agree to complete the required Guest Form & guest list and provide a copy of your government issued ID. Guest agrees to provide names & phone number for all non family adults in order for them to receive house rules. Moving of any furniture from room to room or within rooms is strictly prohibited. Our homes are STRICTLY NON SMOKING INSIDE. Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older. Check in is 4 PM, check out is 10 AM. If you arrive in the morning & want an early check in, you must book the prior night. If you have a late flight out, you must book that night in order to stay in the apartment. Complimentary "Early check-in" means after 1 PM or "Late check-out" means until 12 PM (noon). Only registered guests are permitted on site without prior written consent of the owners. No outside 3rd parties or providers permitted without the prior consent of the owners (that's us!) If 3rd party provider(s) approved additional insurance will be required (as us about this!) A credit card on file is required in lieu of a security deposit for your stay. This will be requested prior to your arrival. A government-mandated Climate Crisis Resilience Fee of €8 per night, per apartment, applies. This fee is charged separately prior to arrival in USD using a fixed seasonal exchange rate.
