Spacious modern studio close to City and transport

A private, spacious & modern studio at the bottom of a 3 level luxury townhouse. It has a double bed, adjoining sitting room, toilet and pantry. It has direct access to two courtyards so there is lots of sunlight. Visitors love the private entrance to the studio . The space Features: - large bedroom with double bed - lots of space to keep your belongings including a cupboard and dresser, - adjoining sitting room with a sofa, coffee table and desk. - studio opens into 2 courtyards so it is light and airy. - total privacy : own private courtyard entrance access. - adjoining toilet - adjoining pantry with microwave oven, bar fridge, toaster, kettle and tea/coffee facilities. - a big bathroom upstairs, - WiFi. Guest access In the pantry there is: - a small fridge, - a microwave, - a tea/coffee making facilities, and - a toaster. During your stay Interaction with guests: The studio is self contained so guests can choose how much they want to interact with Host. There are only 2 adults living in the townhouse and there are no children. I am an experienced Host. I respect the privacy of my guests and always endeavor to make their stays pleasant and comfortable. We have a pet, Coco, a Cavalier King Charles. Other things to note - There is cleaner that comes once a fortnight (included in price). - heating. * 1 guest per booking only (no visitor(s) staying overnight please). * Minimum booking is for 1 week. * CANCELLATION: please refer to policy DOES NOT include: * No Kitchen. No cooking. * No clothes washing facilities but a laundry service is provided at a cost of AUD$10 per large load. Laundry service takes 2-3 days.
