This welcoming two-story property, is set in a particularly quiet and peaceful residential area, surrounded by other small villas and just a few steps from the town's main road. It is only about 12/15 minutes walk from the white beach with its crystal clear sea and from the centre. Shops, supermarkets, bakeries, cafés, and a pharmacy are all just minutes away. The space The house is equipped with: - Two large and bright double bedrooms (one with a double + a single bed ) - Two bathrooms ( one per floor , one on the ground floor with shower ) , - Large living room with large smart LED TV , DVD player, modern kitchen with a microwave and a large, versatile no-frost freezer , coffee machine, washing machine, safe, hairdryer, iron. - Large patio to enjoy the beautiful sunny days under the shelter of a large wooden shed with woven fabrics equipped with garden table and chairs, private parking space, outdoor shower with hot water, functional and practical stone sink. - Unlimited Wi-Fi connection available throughout the property Silent, soundproofed and fully air conditioned , 3 real beds up to 5 sleeps (no sofa beds, uncomfortable bunk beds to climb on or makeshift beds), ideal for an unforgettable stay, in relaxation and tranquillity. We ask all our guests to be thrifty regarding the use of running water since in San Vito Lo Capo and in general in Sicily the water is considered a precious resource mainly due to the ongoing drought. The water supply of 5000 liters per week is included in the price. In cases where abnormal consumption will be found they will be borne by the guests who will have to provide support for the costs of the supply. The cost is 35 euros per water delivery. The power supply is included in the price and will be guaranteed 80 kW per week, more than enough for a group of 5 people. Any extra consumption due to carelessness or wastage will be charged, after reading the counter, at 50 cents. per kW Before departure, in the event that there is still uncollected trash such as organic waste, paper, plastic, glass/cans, etc. the guests will have to take them to the waste collection center which is very close to the house, next to the Conad Superstore. Tourist Tax: The agreed price does not include the tourist tax. This tax, for a maximum of 10 days, from April 1st to November 30th is €2.00 per day per person excluding children aged up to 9 years.
