Pere Marquette State Park with hiking trails and Lodge is 20 min away. Gorgeous Mississippi river views driving on the Great River Road. Great getaway for R&R. The space The spacious interior is inviting and inspiring. Many original oil paintings are on display. The decor includes oriental carpets as well as some antique furniture that is fully functional. The deck has outdoor furniture in warmer months. 12 fantop windows with views to the surrounding wooded areas. Guest access The entire first and second story of the house. The master bedroom is on level one with an adjoining bath with both a shower and a jacuzzi tub. The upstairs has a full bath with both a shower and a large tub. Other things to note The internet is perfectly good for social media and emails and streaming movies most often works, but not always. There are 40+ DVD's available for guests. The TV is regular broadcast digital with about 15 channels.
