For motorcyclists, it is possible to park safely inside the condominium area closed with an automatic gate. Also in the area you will find a free solarium to sunbathe and take a refreshing swim. It is located in a strategic position that allows you to reach the enchanting Island of Ortigia or the archaeological sites of Syracuse (Greek Theater – Ear of Dionysius – Fonte Aretusa, etc.) in 5/10 minutes on foot, as well as the train and bus stations. The house is equipped with air conditioning and has a large balcony overlooking the enchanting Ortigia Island and the Santa Lucia marina, where you can make your breakfasts more romantic. The sea is located below the house where you will have a beautiful equipped beach or a bathing solarium in which to relax and take a refreshing bath. For sports lovers, less than 500 meters away you will find a beautiful bike path that runs along the sea for 8 km, where you can run, bike, or even walk while appreciating the beautiful island of Ortigia, looking at it from another location. Also for those wishing, a 10-minute drive away you can reach the enchanting beaches of Arenella, Fontane Bianche and the Plemmirio nature reserve, and 30 km away you can visit the Baroque city of Noto with its famous Cathedral. The proximity to public transport will allow you to reach all the famous tourist resorts ranging from the extreme southern tip of Sicily, Portopalo di Capo Passero (SR) to the famous Taormina (ME).
