We have five bedrooms (six in the summer - finished basement bedroom does not have heat) and 4.5 bathrooms on 9+ acres with pond - swimming, fishing and boating. We have five bedrooms; one with king bed, fireplace and private bath, Second with a queen bed, third with a Queen and a double futon and fourth room with trundle bed, and fifth room has two single beds. The house has large living room, large dining room with table that seats 10 and large kitchen with island and sitting area with a fireplace. In the summer months our basement bedroom is also available with 2 double futons and 6 single beds. Also enjoy all our 9+ acres offers; pond with swimming, fishing and boating( canoe, flat bottom boat and kayak), volleyball, full basketball court, 2 pickleball courts and horseshoes. We are 60 miles north of NYC. We have ample parking, wireless Internet and cable TV. We are close to Interstate 84 and the Taconic Parkway and 20 minute drive from Metro North train station in Beacon and 15 minutes from Metro North train station in Brewster. You will have the entire house to yourselves. I will greet you upon arrival and just show you some of the intricacies of the farmhouse so your visit will be smooth and awesome! You can use the entire house, the pond, the boats and all the outdoor toys. There is one part of the basement that has our personal things , so we ask that you do not go in this area. Also the finished room in the basement does not have heat so please be aware of this if renting in the winter months. We will be there to greet you upon arrival and then will be available by cell phone if you need us. All bedrooms except the Master Bedroom have almost empty closets/dressers.
