Typical lovely Alps' house

Our lovely little house is situated in the heart of a preserved valley (Vallee de la Claree). Typical mouton house, situated in a quiet place, you'll be able to relax in a peaceful environment and enjoy all mountain sports available nearby. The space Our little house is roughly 50m2 on two floors, ideal for a couple with 2 children. On the ground floor, you'll find one room with an open-kitchen, a fire place, nice armchairs and a table for 4 people. Go upstairs on the 1st floor to find the bathroom (with a shower) and the main bedroom with a double-bed. On the last floor, just below the wooden ceiling, 2 single beds, ideal for kids (as it's quite low ceiling) Stairs are quite stiff, they have barriers to prevent children from falling. There is an internet ADSL wireless connexion available in the house. Guest access To come to the house, you definitely need a car, there is a car park close to the house. The Vallée de la Clarée is a protected valley. There are lots of walks, for all levels of walkers, starting from the house. The area is also ideal if you like cycling (on the road or on mountain path) The city of Briançon is 10 minutes away and the ski resorts of Montgenèvre and Serre-Chevalier are 20 minutes away. There are lots of activities you can do nearby: rafting, canyoning, hiking, paragliding, spas, swimming, etc. Other things to note The house is made for 4 people maximum, we will not be able to accommodate additional visitors. Linens are not provided. Please bring: - For bedding: bottom sheets (80*200 for single beds // 160*200 for double bed), duvet covers (140*200 for single beds // 240*200 for double bed) or top sheet, pillowcases (65*65) - towels - tea towels In case of forgetting we can provide you, we will ask you for a contribution for the cleaning costs: - 15€ a pair of sheets - 7€ the towel kit for 1 person (1 large + 1 smaller) + 1 bath mat for the stay Cleaning is not included; if you wish to be helped in this task, do not hesitate to tell us by booking or arriving; a cleaning woman will come to do it for you (package of 40 euros) These fees are to be paid upon arrival.
