Bodrum Downtown House `Bird`s Nest`

The space OUR SUMMER HOUSE 'Bird`s Nest' IS TOTALLY RENOVATED ON 2013'MAY. It is situated in Bodrum downtown, 5 mn by walking to Marina 10/15 mn to many beaches and bar & restaurants streets and 20 mn drive to farest picturesque villages as Yalikavak,Gumusluk, Golturkbuku, Torba etc.. The house has one bedroom (1 double bed & a baby cot) and one bathroom, nice dining place with open kitchen and a large living room ( 1 sofa beds,1 couch ) that opens to a nice terrace. It is equipped with two differents air conditions for bedroom and living room. The terrace is surrounded by a little garden with colourful begonvilles, rosebays, cactuses and many trees. The house is in a secure housing estate (25 private houses) with a big common swimming pool, tennis court. There are lots of bars, restaurants and shops around. Shopping centers, fruits & vegetal markets and supermarkets nearby. Public transportation ( shuttles) in front of the door, for every destination ( for west and east villages)... Our Neighborhood Bodrum is a very nice town along the sea, famous for its sunset. Twice weekly local market is a must see. You can buy fresh vegetables, fruits ( sunday ), local handycrafts ( tuesday ). Near the market place there are several food stores.The marina is in the center, it`s very modern with bars, restaurants and nice shops. You can have turkish mezzes with fresh fish at one of the restaurants near the sea side or in the marina. The nearest beach is 10/15 mn away from the house. İn Bodrum you can visit the famous Old Castle of St. Peter which has an exceptional Under Marine Museum, walk around the little streets full of boutiques, bars, night clubs and restaurants. Other local sights to see in Bodrum Town Centre are the Mausoleum one of the 7 wonders of the world, and also the renovated amphitheatre, just across the road... İn summer months, several festivals (jazz, ballet, classical music) are held all around Bodrum villages. Our home is available for short or longterm rent ( price to discuss)
