Electricity will be separately charged according to the number of units used by the guests.($0.33 per unit) Maids room and toilet also available It’s also close by to many shopping arcades and easy access many places restaurants. The space The house is on a 1750 sq.very specious property with 2living rooms and 3big bedrooms with 3attached toilets .It’s situated in a very quiet neighbourhood in the heart of colombo if u get very tired and hard day of running around it’s a location in colombo it self where u can reach quickly and actually relax .situated in a private road no noises good place to stay n relax in colombo it self . Public transportation is pretty easy to reach And many restaurants do deliveries which is very convenient if ur lazy to get out specially during this rainy season. This property is child friendly and we will supply any kids furniture on request by the guests before arrival . Additional charges may apply on the furniture. The cleaning fee we charge on each booking includes maximum of 1 linen change and and one normal clean up .anything additional will be done on request by the guests and charged separately Guest access Whole house Other things to note About the WiFi facilities we provide only 30GB for a month and guests who stays for over a month or more if u run out of it the guest will have to pay additional for extra as we don’t have unlimited WiFi .this is mostly important to guests who stays for over a month o more .
