The space EXCEPTIONAL MEASURES IN VIEW OF THE COVID 19 For greater protection against Covid 19 and guest comfort, I have implemented increased security measures in my home. This guarantees that all guests will enjoy a room that has been fully disinfected. In the same way, I will scrupulously apply the other measures recommended by both the WHO and the Spanish Ministry of Health: Complete cleaning of the rooms in the house with water and bleach, including the bathroom; Cleaning with specific disinfection products, for the door handles, glass, bath products and waxes, etc; Washing of bed linen and towels at maximum temperature, and tumble drying with specific program of maximum hygiene; Steam ironing of bedding, high temperature curtains. As for the common areas, since I live in the same apartment,only the balcony of the lounge will be available, where you will be able to enjoy a delicious breakfast (of payment) made with love and fulfilling all the norms of hygiene. In addition I have gels and masks, to make your stay safer and more pleasant. The Ondarreta beach is five minutes walk from our place. There are two rooms. One room is individual, has a balcony with a view to a park with trees, and the other one is a double room, also with park views and a large window. Both rooms are luminous and calm, the environment is very nice. The sight from the balcony of the living room are wonderful, since one sees the sea, the Monte Igeldo, the Sagrado Corazón (emblematic statue of the city) and the Santa Clara island . There´s ten-minute walk to the Peine de los Vientos , to this zone of sculptures that characterize our city, you can accede giving a relaxing to go for a walk for oir his stones spitting. The funicular one that to go up Igeldo is a few meters of distance of this zone and from the high part you will be able to enjoy of a few beautiful view in one of the viewing-points the city. But maybe you prefer going to the old part of the city to go for a walk to the La Concha beach . We are a 15 minutes walk to the seaside resort La Perla , one of the best and more complete of Spain, placed rightly in the middle of the above mentioned beach. If you prefer going by bus to the central zone and to the old part of the city, there`s a bus-stop a 3 minutes walk to our home and it take you 7 minutes to get to the center town and 10 minutes to get to the Parte Vieja. San Sebastian is a small city, with three beaches, two of which are to less than 7 minutes walking away of our location. We offer you room. Breakfast is not included in the price, but you can enjoy fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, seasonal natural juice, coffee or tea, and toast for € 10 per person, available from 9am to 11am. If you have some special regime food we can compromise in advance. If you desire it, you can take it on the balcony looking at the sea .The price also it includes free Internet (wi-fi), cable television (in common zone) and map of the city. Possibility of use the washing machine (€ 15 extras for one time). There are very nearby supermarkets and shops. There´s a bus-stop 3 minutes walk. In each room the maximum of people allowed is two, unless guests traveling with children under six years, in that case the child may sleep in the same room as their parents. If you look for a place in which to feel comfortable and welcome, this one is your place.
