Room under the rooftops

Room in co-location, quiet, in the city center of Tours, on the second floor of my house (accessible by a steep and narrow staircase: staircase with staggered steps). Double bed. Bathroom, separate toilet, and kitchenette to share with other tenants (floor below the bedroom). As it is a little hot in summer, a fan is at your disposal. The space A bedroom under the roofs, quiet, recent decoration, double bed, chest of drawers, clothes rack, shelves, table and chair, wifi, large mirror. Linens and towels are provided. Guest access Room in a very quiet and clean shared apartment for 5 people. my sewing workshop is across the street from the house. Everyone has a key to the house. They enter and exit as they wish. Co-tenants share: - A bathroom (with walk-in shower, storage for each person, self-service towels, and hair dryer) - a separate toilet, with hand wash - A fitted kitchenette (fridge/freezer, mini oven and microwave, kettle, induction stove, dishes, table...) During your stay While I insist that everyone "lives their own life", I enjoy chatting with guests when we meet. On the other hand, I am always available to provide any tourist or other information, to chat... I have solid experience in hosting (10 years), including foreign students. If you wish, I can provide free transit to Tours or Saint Pierre des Corps train station, Tours airport, and provide you with a map upon arrival to guide you around the city.
