Welcome to the abode of coconut kissed breezes, whispering sweet nothings to their mango lush neighbors. This quaint Goan styled villa offers comfort wrapped with konkan flavors. Green walks around this mango orchard come with their own bird orchest The space The Villa is in one acre verdant orchard in the country side which is 100 km away from Mumbai. This well serviced three bedrooms villa is let out to guests as complete property. All the three bedrooms are on the ground floor with 2 balconies looking out in the orchard. There a completely operative kitchen in the villa for the convenience of the guests who wish to rustle up some meals of their choice. Though the main kitchen is outside where our caretaker cooks the meals on order. The guests at the Villa can order their meals from a restaurant which is at 2 minutes away or can order their meals from us at a cost of Rs.2000/- which is the cook's charges and the supplies procured on behalf the guests is charged at cost. The villa is equipped with a refrigerator, a washing machine, cable TV with LED TV and extra beds etc. in case of extra people. All the bedrooms are air conditioned. There a generator back up in case the electricity failure. Generator is available for only lighting in the house and garden and fans in the house and not for the ACs. As for drinking water we offer mineral water for the guest consumption. Our care takers services are available throughout the day up to 9 pm in the night. Guest access All the rooms i.e. the drawing room, dinning room, the bedrooms are part of a well planned ground floor with balconies. Guest can use the in house kitchen with gas and utensils. The caretaker will take care of the cleaning and washing etc. During your stay We offer the Villa to one set of guests at one time only, that means once hired the guests can enjoy the whole property with complete privacy. The owners don't stay on the property. The house is well secured and looked after and can be locked when guests want to go out. The staff at the Villa is reliable and is with us since long but its best to take care of their belongings. Other things to note There is good network for cell phones and wi-fi from the cellphone operators. The historic hill top Mahalaxmi Mandir is a minute away from the property. Fresh catch of fish is available form the surrounding fishing villages. A basic barbecue is available. Self cooking will be charged at Rs. 1500/- extra per day.
