The space This beautiful architect-designed flat is located over the first and second floors of a terrace house in a small street in London Fields. Created by architects studio Scenario Architectecture, this stunning house has been featured in several architectural magazines and appeared on Channel 4 in a series on architecture. The first floor features three double bedrooms: a master double bedroom with wardrobe and ensuite bathroom; and two children's bedrooms. There is also another family bathroom. The spacious second floor offers huge urban vistas from the large windows flooding the place with light. It features an open-plan kitchen, dining area, a lounge area and a library. The library can be closed to form a separate room, including a single bed (+ sofa bed if needed). There is also a study with two desk spaces which can be closed off. From here stairs lead to the third floor, which offers an additional toilet, and a lovely roof terrace with stunning views to the nearby London Fields Park, to Canary Wharf, the City, and East and South London. The terrace is equipped with garden tables/chairs and a bench, perfect for chilling out and having meals meals under open sky. We welcome one or two couples with children. We are unlikely to approve reservations from bigger groups as this puts too much of a strain on the house. But you are welcome to write to us and we can discuss whether the house fits your needs. Guest access There is a separate utility room (with washing machine and dryer) which is shared with the ground floor flat; feel free to use it. Other things to note Street parking is available just in front of the house. If you require it, let us know and we'll order parking vouchers for you (at the cost of £4 per day).
