I live on the premises in one of the bedrooms and a second functions as my office. Printer and scanner available for use for the business traveler. I l like to take care of guests, and if you are open to it, usually set up a welcome first meal with you, to get to know each other. A maid and a cook are available at home with delicious homemade food if you feel like it. A sumptuous meal for a small fee, with the comfort of not having to cook it. Laundry can be done (chargeable). I can make my driver available to foreign travelers with my car, as long as you are willing to pay them their fee. During your stay As and when I am free I am very happy to spend time with my guests. If they play scrabble that's a bonus. Cinema and books are my calling, so always welcome a discussion on the subjects. I attend cultural events and guests are free to join me. Other things to note Please note: (1) Guest room and Bathroom to cleaned, free of litter at all times (2) Please do not hang Wet Towels or clothing on the bed or chairs. (3) Your boyfriends/girlfriends are not allowed to stay over. (4) Electricity must be turned off when you leave. An additional fee will be charged during summer for AC (5) Take care of your valuable/belongings. (6) Any damage, breakage, loss on the host’s property must be borne. (7) The garbage cleared from your room before departure. (8) Guests have to keep a minimum safety deposit of 100 E refunded when you go. (9) For long stays, wi fi use extra charges / no use of kitchen (10) Left luggage is @ Rs.600 per day: (please shut your door to prevent my dog from going in at Spencer).
