There is a wonderful feeling of space, volume and light, due to its position at the second floor of the building: this floor is indeed the most prestigious one in these haussmanian buildings. Of course there is a lift, and even a lovely balcony (ideal for two), a plus in the warm days. The entrance hall corridor leads off to each room, starting with the double reception room. The kitchen is large with granite worktops and is fully equipped to high quality amenities. Its French 50's vintage dining table can seat six. You will find there some necessary products like coffee, tea, sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil etc at your disposal.
