Serendipity House is a cozy, compact house with 3 bedrooms, ideal for families of up to 5 people. Groups of friends are welcome, but please note that the bedrooms are small and mainly intended for resting. The charm is in the outdoor space: a spacious garden and an inviting swimming pool overlooking the rice fields, perfect for relaxing together. Located in the green Mihiripenna, just minutes from the beaches of Thalpe and Unawatuna. The space You enter Serendipity House through a gate, behind which is your own parking spot to park your car or scooter. The house is elevated, so you will have to climb stairs to enter the house. Outside is the veranda, with several places to relax, such as: comfortable sofas, beanbags and sunbeds. There is also a dining table, suitable for 6 people. Next to the veranda is the swimming pool, where you can enjoy swimming to the sound of tropical birds and views of the rice fields. When you enter the house, you will find yourself in the living room, with flat-screen TV and Blue-Ray DVD player. There is WiFi connection throughout the house. The modern open kitchen is connected to the living room, with a fridge, oven and all the kitchen utensils you may need during your stay. The house consists of 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom (2 persons) with an en-suite bathroom, connected to a single bedroom and a smaller double room with a large en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have air conditioning and all bathrooms have hot and cold water. All bedrooms, living and dining areas, kitchen and veranda are ventilated by ceiling fans. The house is furnished with good quality bed linen, pillows and towels, supplied by Legacy Linen, an exclusive brand and supplier of the most "upmarket" villas and boutique hotels. A brand new washing machine is placed in a separate laundry room with drying racks to dry your laundry. A male assistant will be available to do the housekeeping and cleaning during your stay. Guest access Guests can access the entire house, including: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, veranda, swimming pool and private parking space. Other things to note Serendipity House is ideal for a group of up to 5 adults, but keep in mind that the bedrooms are comfortable but not large. Baby cots can be provided on request.
