The space My apartment has a sunny living room and kitchen with 2 double patio windows opening out onto a large terrace with lovely views of the sea, port and Fort Carre. This is ideal as an outdoor dining area with table and chairs. There are 2 bedrooms- one double and one smaller room with a ¾ bed. The bedrooms have scenic views of gardens, the sea and Fort Carre. The bathroom has a shower, toilet washbasin and washing machine. There is plenty of space for clothes and personal items in the bedroom and hallway. An outdoor spiral staircase leads to a private, large roof top terrace with panoramic views of the sea, port, mountains and medieval town. This is perfect for relaxing,sunbathing and taking an aperitif with comfortable outdoor furniture, shade and an outdoor shower. It is full of flowers in the summer and has outdoor lighting for the evening. The neighbourhood is residential but only a few minutes walk to restaurants, shops, public swimming pool, theatre, bus and railway station. There are regular buses into town or a 15 minute walk takes you to Port Vauban-luxury marina, beach, Fort Carre, old town with ramparts, boutique shops, supermarkets and a host of restaurants. It is easy to explore the coast as there are regular trains to Juan les Pins( 5 mins) Cannes(10 mins) Nice(30 mins) Monaco(45mins) Italy(1 hour). The transport interchange is a 5 minute walk away and connects the railway station to the buses. There is an airport bus which runs frequently and is only a few minutes away.
