Turner Prize Winning House!!

My Turner Prize winning house (!) is a 25 minute walk from the city centre and right next to 2 parks. There are numerous buses running from the next street into town. You’ll love my place because of the high ceilings, the friendly neighbourhood, the colourful street, the plants, the quiet and the cosiness. My place is good for couples, small groups of friends and families (with kids). EVERYONE is welcome as long as they are respectful guests! The space My space was designed by the architectural group Assemble. The fireplace surround was made out of the debris of the renovated houses on street and has been named 'Granby Rock'. The air vents have been laser cut. The tiles in the bathroom are handmade. The cupboard door handles were slip cast. All of this was done in the Granby Workshop which is just a few doors down! Guest access You will have full access to the house as I will only be letting my place when I go away. It is my full time home, so please be respectful.
