The apartment is newly refurbished (March 2015), modern, charming, well equipped and super central apartment in a lively, interracial and multicultural neighbourhood of Mercado Central, where we have been living for almost 2 years now.This is the perfect place if you are looking for a place right in the centre, walking distance to all the sights in Alicante so to the city beach and were you can feel like home when coming back every night, since the apartment is warm and cozy. The shops,central market, entertainment and Alicante castel's ... everything is so closeby that you will rarely be using the public transportation in Alicante or not at all. THE APARTMENT - AMENITIES The apartment is located in the third floor of a walk up building (so no elevator, like most buildings in central Alicante, so it's not recommended for people with big luggage or that are not used to climb till 3th floor). The apartment and all the furniture and amenities are brand new. It has: * 1 Bedroom with a double bed (king size, new matrace), with private bathroom and aircondition * 1 Bedroom with a double bed ( new matrace) and air condition * 1 Sofa bed in the living room that can be turned into a super comfy double bed for 2 additional people, aircondition * Kitchen fully equipped with anything you need to cook and eat, including the stove, Owen, refrigerator, washing machine, kettle, coffe machine,orange juice squizer and toaster. * A living room with sofa, Internet wifi HiSpeed and TV. * A bathroom with a big shower, incredibly nice and comfortable. * Wi-Fi is also available during your stay, how not ;) * And we can happily announce that AirCon will be available since July 2015 Of couse, fresh linen is provided, as well as iron, hairdryer, etc. If you think there is something missing, we'll be happy to have your feedback in order to continue improving the apartment CONNECTIONS The location of the apartment is perfect to visit Alicante without even having to use our good public transport network. Actually, within 15 minutes walking you can reach the city beach, 10 minutes to the main streets with entertainment, bars, restaurants..., 7 min to the bus stop ( where u can take the bus for Airport ). But in any case, very near is also a metro stop( for the beaches near Alicante, San Juan, Altea, Benidorm..) For sure, you won't have problems to move around from here. ADDITIONAL INFO We try to be as flexible as possible with your check in so as to allow you to get into the apartment as soon as you get downtown. Let us know your schedules and we'll work it out!
