Beautiful Home Beach/Forest Area

This home is in great clean condition and sets in a very peaceful environment on about a half acre. The beach is less than 15 minutes walk to the west, north, and east! You can hear the surf from the back porch. Minimum age to book is 25. Note - Pacific Grove has banned home and condo rentals less than 30 days. You can hear the surf from the back porch. A favorite walk to the beach is thru the Asilomar Conference Center grounds, with Julia Morgan (Hearst Castle) architecture and plenty of deer. There is a playground about a block away. In addition to Monterey area events (Golf, car shows, Laguna Seca raceway, Big Sur Marathon) Pacific Grove had many unique, small town events thru out the year. [email protected]
