The open living area with fireplace and dining space leads directly onto the 20 m² covered terrace. From here, you enjoy open views over the main pool and the sea. The terrace, with lounge area and dining table, quickly becomes the central place of your stay – from morning coffee to relaxed evenings. Thanks to the glass curtains, it can also be used as a winter garden in cooler months. The covered and glass-enclosed terrace is the heart of the apartment – enjoy your morning coffee with sea views, work or relax during the day, and unwind in the evening. Both bedrooms include built-in wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with underfloor heating. The master bedroom offers a 180x200 cm bed and direct views of the pool and sea, while the second bedroom has two single beds. The separate, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining utility room makes longer stays comfortable. Air conditioning (hot/cold), stable Wi-Fi and a private underground parking space add further convenience. The main pool is located directly in front of the apartment, and the beach can be accessed easily through a private gate. The complex offers four pools in total, two of which are heated during winter months. Beach bars and restaurants are within walking distance. A car is recommended for shopping and exploring the area. Guest access Guests have full access to the garden areas and all four pools within the complex. The beach can be reached directly via a private access gate inside the complex. The apartment is located on the first floor and can be easily accessed by lift from both the underground garage and the garden level. Other things to note The price includes accommodation for up to 4 guests, including electricity, water, air conditioning (hot/cold), Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and final cleaning.
