Lovely country guesthouse, LONG-TERM

Our newly remodeled spacious 2 story, 1100 sq ft, guesthouse is located on quiet lane above a beautiful Sebastopol valley with views and nature all around us . With warm floor heating & 6" walls that are cozy in Winter & cool in summer. Easy commute to Hwy 116 and 101. guesthouse has been rented for the past 4 months, many good reviews available. We are super hosts! The space We are on 1 1/2 acres in quiet rural area but with easy access to Sonoma county and the bay area (near Hwys 101 & 116). We have a separate 2 story guesthouse, upstairs there are 2 partitioned bedrooms with 2 twin beds in 1 room & a queen bed in the other room. Downstairs there is a large family room with a futon couch to make into 3rd double bed (with a new spring mattress), another couch,*kitchen and a spacious bathroom (with shower). There is a private deck in the back with views of trees, birds/wildlife, and a view of the valley below. *The kitchen has a automatic coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster, toaster oven, tea kettle, and blender. There is a new large Microwave on a new roll out table, refrigerator and electric Oven/stove range. Iron and board . Washer and dryer is available through private door. We have a new 42 Inch TV with HDMI cable ( to be used to stream from a laptop) and Roku apps installed. Also DVD player. We use biodegradable and naturally scented soap cleansers. Guest access You are welcome to stroll all around our 1 1/2 acres, except areas right next our home on the side and back. Nice views in the very back of our property and your deck and window. A dolboy pool with surrounding deck is available to adults only. Other things to note $120 for cleaning is a monthly fee . Extended stays of a month or more would get a discounted rent. Long-term cancellation policy: - If the guest books a long-term stay and decides to cancel before the check-in date, the first month is paid to the host in full. - If the guest decides to cancel after check-in, the guest is responsible for the following 30 days of payment after the day of cancellation, or until the end of the reservation if less than 30 days remain. - Guests have the ability to submit an alteration request to their host for a new checkout date if they choose to end their reservation early. The host will have the option to uphold the cancellation policy, or waive the fee for remaining nights not spent. - If the host chooses to uphold their cancellation policy, the guest is required to pay the host for the 30 days following the new checkout date, or up to the end date of the guest’s original reservation if less than 30 days remain. - The long-term reservation cancellation policy supersedes all other cancellation policies on reservations for 28 nights or more (including Super Strict 60 and 30).
