Formerly Old Charlie's Barber Shop (c. 1940), this most unique space was built in the space between two buildings in the heart of downtown Marfa. The entire property is 8' x 125', with the living space being the front 40'. For the last 23 years it has served as the escape space and personal project of Houston furniture/metal designer George Sacaris and his textile artist wife Lisa. Especially suited for couples or singles looking for a unique Marfa experience. Close to everything! The space Located one block from the only stoplight in town, our place is literally in the center of town and is within walking distance to everything. In spite of it's small size, it is surprisingly comfortable. You will love the outdoor shower and access to the roof terrace.
