Cozy vacation home on the Swabian Alps

Formerly a farmhouse, today a completely renovated vacation home on the Swabian Alps. The vacation home is located not far from fantastic nature: two bedrooms, a converted attic (without door) with enough space for 6 people. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, guest toilet, cozy living/dining room, a balcony (>20 sqm), a small garden are available for our guests for their own use. The property is fenced, height 120 cm. On the first floor, which can be reached via the first staircase to the half-floor, there is a living-dining room, together a large room, right next to the well-equipped kitchen. There is also a guest toilet on this floor. One floor up is the bathroom and the two bedrooms. A spiral staircase leads up to the converted attic. In front of the house there are 2 parking spaces on the premises. The property is fenced with a height of 1.2 m. The house is located on the village road in Upfingen. In 1 minute you are in the fields. Guest access Parking on two parking spaces right in front of the house on the property of the house. The house is right on the village road. Other things to note We live in the house next door. The properties are completely separated and fenced. We are dog owners ourselves. - Dogs are welcome in the vacation home! In the village, there is a bakery within walking distance. In winter, winter tires are absolutely necessary for arrival!
