Located in southern Palm Beach, right near Currumbin Estuary so you have both the beach and creek at your doorstep! The complex is family friendly and has a pool and tennis court. A 10 minute walk into the main hub of Palm Beach, trendy cafes, restaurants & bars. Public transport is right outside your door step which gives you access all the way up and down the coast. The space Our apartment is simple, no fuss, with everything you need for a comfortable beach holiday, set over two levels and only 100 metres from the beach. Lower level has kitchen, lounge/dining, laundry, balcony and extra toilet. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms, the master bedroom with king size bed, own balcony and ensuite. Beach views from the master balcony. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and its own balcony as well. The main bathroom is upstairs with a bath/ shower. The lounge has a futon which folds down into a queen size bed. The complex has a pool and tennis court which you have access to. We also have beach toys, pool toys, rackets and balls that you can use. Our apartment is located on the top floor of a 3 level walk up. There is no lift. If you’re looking for a beachside holiday with a homey feel this is perfect. Street parking outside. Bus stop right in front of the complex, easy to travel up and down the coast. Street parking & guest parking outside. Please note this is our home; There will be some personal items packed up, out of view in the top level of the wardrobes.
