Recently remodeled apartment with new appliances in quiet neighborhood with easy access to I-88. Outside of the house is under renovation, with a new roof and new driveway. New siding to be added within the next year; 2 bedrooms with queen beds in each room, a fold-down couch, air mattress, 3 TVs, Internet, laundry room, and parking included. 25 min. to Cooperstown All Star Village 42 min. to Cooperstown Dreams Park 3 minutes to a grocery store and multiple restaurants. The space Plenty of parking space within the driveway of the house with a private entrance to the apartment. The siding of the house is currently under renovations. If interested in stays longer than 10 days, please contact us. Guest access Side door entrance with stairs to get to the apartment. Other things to note Non smoking property. No pets Quiet hours at night is appreciated as we have a family living in the downstairs apartment.
