Welcome to the Sewing Room located in historic Westbrook, CT. Rent this private suite inside an owner-shared quiet historic home nestled between The Westbrook Green & the Town Beach. We are PET FRIENDLY! Summer Guests (June 15th - Labor Day Weekend) will have a complimentary beach pass included. This pass will allow (1) car to park at the town beach - West Beach (otherwise $40 per day). Enjoy! Please note there is a Keurig coffee maker + pods inside the room. The space One of six private suites in Historic Greek Revival Estate. Enjoy an integral piece of Westbrook's rich history; this 1840 house is located on a quiet side street but is just minutes from downtown. Your private room features a king-size bed with a jacuzzi tub and shower. The Sewing Room is located on the second floor of the home and has a large balcony + separate dressing area. If you have any mobility issues please do not book this room. The house is 184 years old & not suitable for anyone who can not climb stairs nor is it suitable for anyone requiring accessibility accommodations. Thank you for understanding. Outdoor Space: Relax in the comfortable wicker furniture on the wrap-around porch, lounge in the sun on the back patio, cool off in the outdoor shower, utilize the full outdoor kitchen, or enjoy the warm summer breeze from the balcony. Please note: this is not a traditional bed & breakfast. We do not serve coffee/tea or food ; but we do have a Keurig coffee maker + pods inside the room and an outdoor kitchen with full-sized fridge & stove+oven. Guest access Guests will have access to their room and the front hallway + all of the shared outdoor spaces including wrap around porch, swing, loungers on back patio, grill & outdoor teak dining table. All Sewing Room Suite guests have full access to the outdoor kitchenette with full sized fridge/freezer + stove + oven + sink + basic utensils + coffee maker.
