We offer our 90 m2 non-smoking house, air-conditioned, with all comforts on the hills of Tignieu Village. This house has 2 bedrooms: - one with a king size bed (160 x 200) - The second is equipped with two beds (90 x 190) There is an American kitchen designed by a kitchen designer overlooking a living room. 1 separate toilet and an Italian bathroom. All tastefully renovated. Lockbox (Self check-in) Private and secure parking available. The space Before your arrival, we will prepare your room (bed linen provided) as well as the accommodation. We will offer a small refreshing drink so you can enjoy your stay to the fullest. In the living room, you will find a large sofa, a large 4K TV, and Wi-Fi is available. A reversible air conditioner (very appreciable in any season), roller shutter. Here you don't need to bring anything to cook... Indeed, you will benefit from an equipped kitchen (refrigerator, Bosch induction hob, hood, microwave, electric kettle, dishes...) and plenty of storage. The master bedroom has a king size bed (160 x 200) including an ergonomic mattress. An air conditioner, and a cabinet/wardrobe to store your clothes. Roller shutter. The second bedroom also has two ergonomic beds (90 x 190 cm) and a cabinet/wardrobe.
