Fully renovated cottage on the GOTL strip. Patio, grill and fire pit included for fun night outside to enjoy the lake breeze and music surrounding the cottage from the nearby restaurants/bars. Walking distance to the restaurants, arcades, ice cream shop and nightlife. Few minute walk to a park on the lake with a playground, pavilion, and access to the lake. Nearest beach access is at the State Lodge 1.4 miles away from the cottage. We do not host children under the age of 8. The space The cottage is completely renovated. 1 bedroom with full bed. Loft area sleeps 4 with 4 twin beds available. Wifi connection and tv so that you can connect to netflix or Amazon for TV / movie options. Guest access 3-4 cars can fit in the parking /back yard. Other things to note Outside patio has patio furniture, grill, corn hole, and patio umbrella.
