This three bedroom, two bath home is close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants and offers enough space for family and friends to gather for a relaxed, fun time. The outdoor living space offers a large front porch, rear deck, a hot tub, fenced yard, koi pond, garden and fire pit. This is a perfect place for family and friends to gather. The space Enjoy a glass of lemonade on the front porch or read a book while enjoying the peaceful back yard and koi pond. Relax in the hot tub on the back deck or sit by the fire pit on a cool night. Manistee County offers miles of hiking and cross country skiing trails, as well as the Lake Bluff Bird Sanctuary. You will find fishing, canoeing, golfing, hiking, biking, a winery, a casino – all within a few miles, and a brewery, shopping and a theater within walking distance. Small pets and service animals are welcome. Guest access The first floor bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs another room has a queen bed and a twin bed, and a third bedroom has a queen sized bed and a pull out twin. There are also an air mattress and a roll-away bed available for additional sleeping. Bed and bath linens are provided. Be sure to bring your beach towels if you plan to go to the lake. The kitchen has all major appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils, as well a coffeemaker, toaster, and blender. Don’t want to cook? Grill out in the fenced backyard on either a charcoal or gas grill or walk to one of the restaurants or pubs along River Street. The washer and dryer, for the guests use, are located in the basement
