A fully renovated Grange Hall into Bed and Breakfast. We serve a full breakfast for $15 per person. We have 3 private rooms each with private bath. There is a large common area with kitchen, sitting and dining areas also pingpong & grande piano. Rooms are on first floor with no stairs to climb. Room 2 has a queen bed - Rooms 1 & 3 have king. The space Guests are provided with a full breakfast for $15 per person and have full use of the Guest kitchen. Gene and Judy are excellent hosts and will give recommendations on where to eat, where to hike, and how to experience the best fall colors or spring garden Guest access You will have a private room and bathroom. The rest of the house is for mingling with other guests and your host. There is a kitchen to cook in, a ping pong table (watch out, Judy is a shark!) and a fire pit in the back yard to roast marshmallows and star gaze. Other things to note This is a mature bed and breakfast, great for retirees, parents visiting their college students at Franklin Pierce University, and those who wish to get the New England experience.
