Other things to note The cleaning fee includes full cleaning upon check-out and inspection. It Also includes all clean linens including sheets, comforters, bath towels and wash cloths. Starter rolls of toliet paper and paper towels based on your length of stay. We have a washer and dryer but do not provide laundry detergent. Please bring your own Beach towels. This is not a hotel so the unit will not be cleaned daily. The parking lot is across the street from the building but you can pull in and use a luggage cart to unpack your things. 2 Parking passes will be left for you in the room. If you need more than 2 please let us know before arrival. There is a $200 penalty fee charged for evidence of hosting a party in our condo.
