Casa do Café, a sunny place, is part of Vila São Benedito, which was created to provide visitors with an authentic "Rural Experience." The space Our 3rd little house has a unique space divided into 5 rooms: kitchen, living room with fireplace, dining area, bedroom, hot tub with hydromassage, smart TV, no open channels. Here you can cook, eat on deck or make a picnic under the trees, prepare a fondue, a happy hour or even a little candle-light dinner and then … relax in the dauro/hydro. We don't have an oven, just a microwave. We offer the SPACE...you make the moment! Casa do Café, along with 3 mini houses, is part of a Family Village, already in a rural area. On 21,000 m2 of land, the property is beautifully surrounded by nature and the Mantiqueira forest. The birds awaken the guests to a new day and Peace reigns supreme. Privileged space 2.5 km from the center of the village, close to the trails and not far from the Lageado Waterfall. We do not offer blankets. Guest access Within the property, guests have access to a large outdoor area for picnics, sports, meditation, etc., except for the reserved area of the owners' house and its surroundings. For long stays, changing bed and bath linens is the responsibility of the visitor or to be agreed upon. Food items, blankets and insecticides are not included in the rental. If you don't know how to use the lighter, use 90% alcohol, found at the Amaral Supermarket. 12: We do not provide blankets. We are in a rural area, so internet failures and slowness are not uncommon.
