Seaside kubo at White Sandy Beach Kuroshara

This is a tiny bamboo house beachfront nipa hut at White Sandy Beach KUROSHARA. Made mainly of bamboo and coconut wood, thatched nipa roof, this kubo is not a studio type condo unit, not a 5 star hotel room. It is a BAHAY KUBO po. Please swipe photos and read through the description, check all photos and amenity limitations and understand thoroughly to avoid misunderstanding because this bahay kubo is right on the beach. Great for summers and sunny weathers, not so much during rainy season. The space This loft-type bahay kubo or bamboo hut has a 6 feet X 16 feet living space. It has a high speed WiFi (see Automated Airbnb Speed Test). The 2 bedroom area is like that of a bunkbed, one queen on top of another queen bed with stairs and 2 separate bedroom doors made of bamboo with door locks. (Please check photos). The first room has a luxurious queen sized 12-inch memory mattress that is at par with Tempur. The 2nd room attic right above the 1st room has a queen sized 3- inch memory foam, a small window and electric fan. Each compact room can accommodate 2 persons or even up to 3 if petite sized. Outside the room is an open living room space with built-in benches, shelves/pantry, and a sink with a faucet/ running water/NAWASA for brushing teeth and washing hands.The open living room floor can fit in 2-3 single floor futons topped with a comforter to cover the futons. Pillows, blankets and towels are provided depending on the declared number of guests. A fan is provided for this space but in this sleepout setting is relatively cool. Please note that this extra mattress on the floor set up is not suitable during bad weather. During rainy season, rescheduling of your trip can be arranged by contacting the host. It is the guest's responsibility to check for weather reports for Bolinao before booking. Your private bathroom is located outside the bamboo house. You will have to get out of your door and walk around at the back of the kubo to use your bathroom. You will need to bring your assigned bathroom key to enter the bathroom then lock afterwards. The bathroom is tiled from floor and walls up to 5 feet and a concrete drywall painted white up to the ceiling. It has a small toilet bowl, not the standard bowl with automatic flush. It is a typical rural bathroom where you need to flush the toilet bowl with a bucket. There is a shower outlet with water heater. It has a mirror, no lavatory but there is a towel rack and a 2-tiered soap dish. Guest access Occupy the kubo all by yourself in a 2 bedroom with 2 queen 60x75 memory mattresses, low-ceiling rooms, sleeps 4. Extra floor futons will be provided to extra guests who sleep in the pantry area. After 6 pax and due to customer demand of staying in just one area we allow extra guests up to 10 to stay in nearby tent/tents provided the correct number of guests are declared in your booking particulars. Extra guests after 7 fee is P750/pax/night. If you don't want to stay in tents, book our other standard rooms. Should there be more than 6 guests in the kubo, we can only provide extra sleeping spaces by pitching a tent or tents in front of the kubo. Tents are good for 2 pax. Futons, top sheets, pillows, blankets and towels are the only provisions inside a tent. Solar lights are strategically installed around the property. Input the correct number of guests in your booking to get the correct fees. Extra guests who want to pitch their own tents will pay P500/pax per night regardless they are pwd, senior or entitled. :) To reiterate, the kubo is best for a family of 4 only. Two sleeps on the lower bedroom and 2 in the attic room, however, because our cultures, habits and probably due to practicality and economic influences, most guests love to squeeze-in and huddle in just one area and still enjoy the beach and the camaraderie. The kubo is not a villa or a huge hotel room. It is a compact Filipino bamboo house by the sea. Swipe to see the many photos. It has a total living space of 6x16 feet on the lower floor which includes the open pantry (balkonahe) plus 60 inches x 80 inches of bed space in the attic. The total price quoted for 4 pax does not cover provisions for extra tents, futons, comforter to cover the futons, blankets, pillows, towels to accommodate extra guests. We value our outdoor spaces as we create an ambiance of exclusivity. Any undeclared guests whether they are 'just your driver or just your maid' will be grounds for eviction without refund. Be honest. Only infants up to 2 years old are free of charge. Please urge your companions to read our house rules, edit the correct number of guests in your booking particulars. We expect that the booker and all his/her companions are aware of the sleeping provisions and arrangements. If it is not up to your standards, please book additional rooms that are available in our resort. If your dogs are large breeds that sleep with you, it may take up more space. Consider booking additional room for a more comfortable stay. Free parking for 2 vehicles. Bathroom is private with key but located separate, outside the kubo. Outdoor cooking is allowed. An open common kitchen may be shared with other guests who prefer to cook or reheat food. Heavy cooking other than grilling is not ideal. There is a 7.5 cu.ft. refrigerator, two units of 2-burner gas stove, 2 grills, old kettles, old pans and miamatched utensils are provided in the outdoor kitchen. ____________________________ For special requests such as exclusive use of the Cafe in the Gazebo - for events use and for Bistro diners.
