All designed to offer the best stay and comfort for people of good taste like you, who like a planned environment, ready to stay, a spacious kitchen with basic everyday items, washing machine, bedroom with planned furniture and a bed with a comfortable mattress and always clean, fragrant bedding, great shower with gas heating, plus a very spacious covered parking space already included. This apartment is on the first floor, from the garage in the basement there are only 4 flights of stairs with 7 steps each or 2 flights of stairs from the pedestrian entrance on the ground floor. The neighborhood is excellent, the region is very wooded and very graced with the song of the birds. If three people come, we can reserve a single mattress to be placed on top of the sofa bed for better comfort (check availability). We do not accept smokers, being subject to immediate cancellation of the reservation with Airbnb, as we also have residents in the residential complex who are aware of the rules applied. Everything is very practical and safe. Other things to note Airbnb is about sharing, right? So why not share some items that are rarely used? Did you need an iron, hairdryer, blender or hairdryer?
