Bündnerhaus with lots of charm & space

A house like a museum - you will love it and feel comfortable ;-) Live and enjoy the venerable "Tgesa Pravenda", a former Grisons parish house with lots of charm and coziness. The space You can choose from different rooms on Airbnb - small (2 or 4 beds) to large family rooms (6, 8, 12 beds); all are functional and cozy. Larger groups can also book the whole house to themselves. On the 1st floor are a large kitchen, a cozy lounge and the impressive dining and living room. Clean toilets and showers are available on each floor. Even if different guests are present, you feel comfortable in the house... and everything is to be touched and used - so no museum! Other things to note After a booking, host THOMAS will contact you to discuss questions or opportunities for activities. The kitchen has the most important basic ingredients, you can also make coffee/espresso/tea at any time for free. Shower towels can be provided in the room on request. The guest tax (formerly visitor's tax) is CHF 2.00 per person/day. If you book early, you will receive a link to ValSurses tourism by email, where you can find your guest cards; this includes various free (cable car in summer, postbus) or discounted services. The Surses tourist tax (guest tax) is CHF 2.00 per person/day. This allows for free local transport/chairlifts in summer and other discounts. This is mandatory by law, and we will need to report one address per booking and all guests' names and ages. Children under 6 years of age will not get a guest card.
