Temporary accomodation: Flat next to Plaza Mayor

SEASONAL RENTAL PROPERTY: This is not just an apartment; it is my home. I have designed it with great care, aiming to create a cozy space. This is my house, and due to work commitments, I spend some time outside of Madrid, so I am looking for a tenant who will take care of it as much as I do. During your stay, you will have the entire apartment to yourself (I only have a few personal belongings stored), so I hope you enjoy this space as much as I do. A charming, newly renovated aprtment fully equipped with a living room with a sofa-bed, a balcony, a full equiped kitchen, and a bathroom where you will find towels, soap and shampoo. The place is very comfortable, organized so you may have all you need. Guest access The entire apartment will be at your disposal during your stay. Additionally, you will find: • Towels and bed linens • Shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap • Free Wi-Fi • Hairdryer • Heating • Fully equipped kitchen • Iron (upon request) • Washing machine • Air conditioning • TV Please note that we do not provide spare keys. Other things to note This is my primary residence, which I temporarily rent out to tenants. Since I travel frequently for work, you may find some personal belongings stored away, but they will not interfere with your stay in Madrid. Everything shown in the photos is exactly how you will find my apartment, and you are welcome to use it all. Please note that this is a seasonal rental and must be used for this purpose, whether for work, medical, or personal reasons, and cannot be used as a permanent residence. A seasonal rental agreement must be signed, in accordance with Article 3.2 of the Urban Leases Act. We will provide you with instructions along with the check-in registration.
