Our fully renovated apartment consists of living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. It is equipped with all the necessaries to accommodate up to 3 people and to give you a comfortable stay in a quiet and modern space. You can rest in the bedroom that provides a double bed with a comfortable, anatomic mattress, a large wardrobe and roman blinds. The living room provides a comfortable couch, table, flat-screen 42 '' TV. During your stay you can cook in the kitchen as it has an electric cooker (oven and cooking hob), fridge and all the necessaries kitchenware for meal preparation. In the bathroom you will find toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, soap) and hair dryer. Temperature setting can be adjusted by inverter air-condition for cooling and for heating there is a radiator that you can adjust to the desired temperature. The cleanliness of the home is always excellent and professional. Bed linens and towels are provided, as well as iron for clothes. Fast Wi-Fi 50Mbps is free of charge. Important information; The guest is kindly requested to pay directly to the host a durability fee which is 2.00 euros per day in the winter months (November to March) and 8.00 euros per day in the summer months (April to October).
