This must be paid before check-in. Guests under 16 are exempt. By law, all guests aged 17 and over must be registered with the local authorities before arrival. We'll send you a secure link to complete both the guest registration and tax payment after booking. 🛑 Please note: This is a residential building, not a party venue. Other things to note 📌 Important Information ⏰ Check-in Standard check-in is between 15:00 and 23:00. For check-ins between 20:00 and 23:00, you will use self check-in. We will arrange for your key to be collected from a secure city-based key exchange location, and full instructions will be provided before arrival. 🧾 Tourist Tax & Guest Registration As you will be staying in a fully licensed tourist apartment, there is a city tax of €6.88 per adult (17+) per night, capped at 7 nights. 🔺 This will increase to €9.35 per adult per night for bookings from 1st October. Children under 16 are exempt. In addition, Spanish law requires all guests aged 17 and above to be registered with the local authorities prior to check-in.
