Apartment is located very close to the center, with individual parking and relaxing zone. 150m away is shopping center, tram, Depot supermarket, park across the road, Loc SPA, Ice hall, Sports hall, Children playground in the park. Loud parties are not allowed in the suite. Other things to note I'm living in neighbor house at the same territory(inner yard). At territory located company(my company) that works at weekdays from 8:10-17:00. Please do not enter the room with shoes! Please leave apartments clean for next persons. Please take out the garbage bag yourself. By booking and arriving at the apartment, inspecting it, you agree that there is no visible damage!!! In case of damage you must notify me before check out.
