We've recently renovated this 1960's throwback from head to toe, embracing its beautiful and natural surroundings of sprawling golf course views and tree topped hills. This is a perfect place to come unwind for the weekend (or mid week!), relax after hitting the slopes or returning from a hike. We have relaxing space that feels two bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, smart TV and golf course views. The guest room has a queen bed and small sofa with coffee table (the perfect place to cozy up with a great book!). There is also a twin sized roll away bed which can be set up wherever is most convenient. A pack 'n play is located in the closet and can be used for the little ones. We made this home for our family and friends to enjoy and nothing was overlooked to ensure complete comfort, whether it be on super cozy beds or cuddling up next to the fire listening to some vinyl records & sipping a glass of wine. Our kitchen comes fully stocked with a full range of appliances including: Crockpot, rice cooker, French press and drip coffee maker, coffee grinder and 7 cup food processor. We keep Boyd's ground coffee a Stash tea stocked. Hosting an event? Not a problem! We are steps away from the Fairway Estates recreation room which comfortably (and affordably) accommodates 65 people for all types of events. Please inquire with host for more details.
