My 5th floor 1 bedroom condo is close to downtown and public transit (5 mins to SeaBus) or bus anywhere with a 1-zone ticket. Your bedroom is in my living room (private at night) with your own fridge. We share the kitchen & bathroom, as well as the tv & sofa in the evening. Due to Covid, I now work from home during the day. Follow health guidelines and quarantine rules. Happy to provide advice on local attractions, hiking, shopping, restaurants and more. Only accept bookings of 30 days or more. The space Across from your bed is a tall wardrobe with a full length mirror, your own laundry hamper, a large desk and 2-drawer cabinet. An extra fridge and pantry cabinet are reserved for you and I'm open to sharing some meals. I'm flexible and try to leave the space so we each get time to ourselves. I like to get some exercise in the evenings and weekends, but when I'm home, I like to share part of the living room with a TV, black leather loveseat/recliner and lounge chair. I have a 50in HD LCD TV with Netflix & Crave. Guest access You will have access to my fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fast WIFI, bathroom with shower & tub. You will have your own medicine cabinet and space in linen closet for shoes and extra belongings. We share an entry closet for coats, jackets & suitcase and large covered sundeck with a BBQ, table, chairs and storage. Sheets, pillows and towels are provided and laundered once a week, but guests are responsible for washing their own clothes. Laundry room with a washer and dryer is just down the hall. Other things to note Stays of more than 27 nights are exempt from provincial and municipal taxes. I'm happy to provide specific transit information, as well as free pickup from the Seabus terminal in North Vancouver. UBER is now available. If you're coming from YVR, the Canada Line takes 24 mins to Waterfront Station, then a 12 min ride on the Seabus gets you to Lonsdale Quay on the North Shore, and my condo is only 3 blocks from there.
