Historic Picca house with terrace

The apartment is in a historic building in a perfect location in the heart of the Borgo Antico, a short walk to the beautiful beach of Cala Sant'Andrea and the tourist and fishing port. Bari city and its airport, Trani, Castel del Monte, Murgia and many other tourist places are just minutes away by car. The house overlooks a garden, in a very quiet courtyard. Shopping streets, food, shops, and fresh produce shops are just a few steps from the house. The space Casa Picca has been recently renovated to meet the needs of guests. There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, large terrace with outdoor shower (hot/cold), air conditioning, WiFi, washing machine, towels and sheets. Breakfast is served with coffee, tea, jams, muffins, rusks, butter and eggs. The apartment is accessed through a large entrance with a spacious wardrobe where you can store all your luggage. You pass into the living room with equipped kitchen. Here there is a comfortable sofa bed, table for 6 guests, TV, air conditioning. The master bedroom has three beds (king size bed and single bed with the possibility of adding a baby bed), mini bar, TV, air conditioning, independent access to a private bathroom with shower, access to the terrace equipped with an outdoor sitting area and outdoor shower. The second bedroom has two beds with a king size bed and direct access to the veranda with table and seats for pleasant moments, the veranda overlooks a very green lemon garden. Guest access The apartment is in the historic center, however the street is accessible by vehicles so it is convenient to unload luggage and there are some parking areas nearby (about 100 meters). Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor of an old building. The stairs, however, are very wide and comfortable to walk. Registration Details IT072029C200065148
