This is a newly renovated studio apartment located in the Village of Patchogue. Walking distance to numerous restaurants, breweries, sports bars and shops. Walking distance to the Long Island Railroad with service to NYC, The Hamptons, Wine Country and Montauk. We are close to the Fire Island Ferries, beaches and parks. The space Very cozy and comfortable studio! Room for 2 guests. We strive to make our place as close to comfort as we possibly can. We love any type of feedback so we can make our guests feel more at home. With that being said this is a studio apartment, with a pull out couch. We welcome you to stay at our cozy apartment which is within walking distance to Main Street, close to beaches and a ferry to fire island. We are close to the Long Island rail road where you can take a short train ride to New York City, the Hamptons and Montauk. We look forward to your stay!
