This compact studio flat comes with 1-Double Bed and is located on the Lower Ground / Basement Floor in a recently refurbished Victorian Building. Flat does include the basic needs for someone to have a great stay. It is situated in the heart of London, Bayswater area, about 5 minutes walk to either Queensway, Bayswater & or Lancaster Gate Stations, and is about 1 min. to the Hyde Park. The space Being Ideal for close Friends & young Couples on the Lower Ground floor, this Studio Flat comes with a Back french glass door and 1 double Bed. The Flat comes with an open-plan full kitchen that contains an electric cooker, small fridge and fridge-freezer, a microwave & other Kitchenware needed for simple cooking, Flat has got also a Washing Machine. It also comes with a small TV, a hairdryer, an iron & an iron-board. It has got a reasonably good size 2-doors wardrobe. The Flat has got central heating that keeps it on a warm temperature during the cold days of winter. The newly renovated bathroom contains a shower-room, basic needs, such as shampoo, hand-wash & toilet papers are also provided. We do provide bedding & linens and One bath towel per Person. WIFI Internet is also provided, and although we are hoping for the best service within your stay, however; and as the Internet Router is being shared within the floor, then please note that the Internet connection is Not expected to be always as powerful and as speedy as it needs to be, and in all cases its not good enough for large downloads. Please note also and for Hygienic purposes that I do not supply food items such as; Waters, Sugar, Salt, Coffee, Oil, Milk.....etc. Guest access You will collect your keys for your booked apartment and enjoy your stay, You can call me when you need any kind of assistance, Otherwise you will leave the flat keys on the table and close the door behind you. Other things to note For the guests' comfort, parties or loud music are not allowed in this apartment to eliminate noise. For the guests' comfort, smoking is not allowed in this apartment to eliminate air pollution.
